These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DreamHub Africa app, website, and services. By using DreamHub Africa, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a seller.
• Buyers under 18 may use the platform only with parental or guardian consent.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.
• DreamHub Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Verified Sellers

• Only verified sellers are permitted to post items.
• Verification requires accurate personal or business information and supporting documents.
• DreamHub Africa reserves the right to approve or reject verification applications.

4. Listings & Content

• Sellers must provide truthful and accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
• Fake, illegal, counterfeit, or misleading items are strictly prohibited.
• DreamHub Africa may remove any listing that violates these rules.

5. Payments & Fees

• DreamHub Africa does not charge commission on sales.
• Any future fees will be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use DreamHub Africa to:
• Post fraudulent, illegal, or stolen items
• Engage in scams, spam, or harmful activity
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (copyrights, trademarks, etc.)

7. Liability

• DreamHub Africa provides the platform “as is.”
• Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions.
• DreamHub Africa is not liable for losses, disputes, damages, or claims arising from third-party dealings.

8. Content Moderation & Reporting

DreamHub Africa does not tolerate objectionable, abusive, or illegal content.
All listings are manually reviewed by our team during this MVP phase.
Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate listings by contacting [email protected].
Our team reviews such reports as quickly as possible (normally within 24 hours) and may remove any listings or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will always be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
